Group Mentoring

Anointed Hands Ministries Inc. matches students with mentors in small groups for interactive group mentoring sessions.  Sessions focus on goal-setting, school engagement, decision making, and healthy life skills and activities.

Life Skill

Our mission is to help build and empower our youths with the foundation for many essential life skills that can serves as a resource within their family and friends and helps cultivate the all-important skills of listening to, and following, directions. After-School Courses Include:

• Cooking Class: create a shopping list, select groceries, and cook simple meals on their own
• Home Improvement: what to do in emergency situations when something breaks. 
• Auto Maintenance: check and top off their fluids, check tire pressure, change a tire, and pump gas.

financial literacy

Anointed Hands Ministries Inc. also focuses on preparing youths to step into their roles as adults. One of the primary action is to ensure smart money management. Youth taking this class will learn how to:

• Create a monthly budget
• Open a checking account and how to get the best deal
• Use a debit card
• Track purchases
• Balance their account

OUR STORY

Anointed Hands Ministries Inc. is a nonprofit agency providing job readiness, training, and mentoring programs for middle and high school youth in the Guilford County, NC area. Our vision is to train youths (ages 13-22) in career alternatives and foster self-worth and confidence  through the attainment of goals.

Anointed Hands Ministries Inc.’s  goal is to foster a commitment to young people that will promote pro-social friendships, strong interpersonal skills, and reassert a sense of hope in the future. Only through personal relationships can a sense of individual responsibility be reestablished that will give youth the commitment to follow through on path to adulthood with a sense of pride and accomplishment.

OUR TEAM

The organization currently operates through the kindness of volunteers with the goal of expanding to a full staff and an active Board of Directors. Anointed Hands Ministries Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded and established by Phil and Brigitte Campbell. Phil Campbell currently serves as the Executive Director.
